UAB “Recaras” (hereinafter – Manager of data) is the manager of web portal http://www.dalys.lt (hereinafter – Portal). Under these privacy rules (hereinafter – Privacy rules) and the terms of use of the Dalys.lt portal we establish and explain further collection and use of the personal data of the Portal’s visitors. Personal data – any information, which may be used to identify you – to determine your identity directly or indirectly. Personal data is considered to be: name, surname, date of birth, mailing or email address, location data and Internet ID, characteristic features, etc. While managing personal data we strive for the data to be accurate, secure, confidential, properly stored and protected.

    1. You have the right to object to use of your personal data, the management of which is based on your agreement. But it is not possible to complete your purchase without the mandatory data, because the seller would not be able to fulfil your order.

  4. HOW IS PERSONAL DATA TRANSFERRED?

    1. We may transfer your personal data to third parties in order to provide you with the requested goods and services. Only personal data necessary for proper fulfilment of your orders is transferred.

    2. We transfer your personal data to sellers, from whom you buy the goods. Your personal data is transferred to sellers only to the extent necessary for proper fulfilment of your order.
