What are the available delivery methods?
Home delivery via the courier service of your choice
Delivery to post offices or collection points *
On-site pickup **
* Parcels are kept at post offices for 5 calendar days. If the parcel is not collected, it will be returned to the seller.
** Please note which city the seller's warehouse is located in. On-site collection is only possible within the country. You can only collect your goods after you have received confirmation that your parcel is ready for collection. The courier may ask you to help unload parcels heavier than 31.5 kg.
When will I receive my parcel?
After your order has been paid for, our sales staff will rush to pack your goods. Once the seller has prepared the parcel and handed it over to the courier of your choice, you will receive an email with a tracking number. With this number, you will be able to track your shipment. If you have ordered several items from different sellers, they will be sent separately and at different times. You will receive an SMS when your parcel reaches the post office or pick-up point of your choice.

The cost and time of delivery depends on the following factors:

Country of the seller
If you have ordered from different sellers, you will be able to select different delivery methods and see the final delivery price.
I received a damaged parcel, what should I do?
When you receive your parcel, please inspect the packaging carefully. If you notice that the parcel is damaged:
Inspect it carefully before accepting it, and if you are satisfied with the quality of the parcel, only then accept it.
Notify the courier or the collector so that a packing damage report can be completed.
If you decide to accept the damaged parcel, be sure to take photographs of the damage.
If you do not comment on the acceptance document when you accept the damaged parcel, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered intact. If you notice any damage after unpacking, please take a photo and contact our customer service department at info@dalys.lt.
