UAB “Recaras” (hereinafter – Manager of data) is the manager of web portal http://www.dalys.lt (hereinafter – Portal). Under these privacy rules (hereinafter – Privacy rules) and the terms of use of the Dalys.lt portal we establish and explain further collection and use of the personal data of the Portal’s visitors. Personal data – any information, which may be used to identify you – to determine your identity directly or indirectly. Personal data is considered to be: name, surname, date of birth, mailing or email address, location data and Internet ID, characteristic features, etc. While managing personal data we strive for the data to be accurate, secure, confidential, properly stored and protected.

It is important for you to familiarize with the Privacy rules, because the terms established in them shall apply every time you wish to use the services provided by us, despite the device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.) you use. By continuing you confirm that you have familiarized with these Privacy rules and understand the terms thereof.

We follow the provisions the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter – GDPR), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as other personal data management requirements established in other legal acts for management of your data.

  1. WHAT PERSONAL DATA IS COLLECTED?

      Communication options This includes your choices on receiving our marketing suggestions and your communication options. We enable you to control various communication options provided to you, including the options to opt-in or op-out.
      We collect the following data: name, surname, email address, telephone, IP address, shopping cart data, purchase data, order history, payment history.
      On the basis of the Dalys.lt portal agreement, concluded between you and Dalys.lt.
      Contact info, feedback, inquiries When you provide feedback, request help or submit inquiries, we can collect your data, such as: name, surname, email, telephone and/or other contact info, necessary for us to reply to your feedback or inquiries, or provide you with assistance. This includes records and copies of communication with you (including email addresses and telephone numbers), if any. On the basis of the Dalys.lt portal agreement, concluded between you and Dalys.lt.
      Analytics data We seek to ensure that using the Portal would be easy and convenient for you, therefore we analyse your actions, and manage the following personal data for analysis:
      purchase history; browsing history; payment history; reviews of goods purchased, replies provided to surveys; communication history between your and us, including electronic correspondence.

      Marketing data In order to provide you info about news, goods, promotions and project offers, we manage the following personal data: name, surname, telephone, email address, device ID number. On the basis of your agreement.
  2. AIMS OF MANAGING PERSONAL DATA

    1. We collect your personal data on for the aforementioned, specific and legitimate purposes and we do not manage your data in any way contrary to such aims.

  3. CAN I OBJECT TO MANAGEMENT OF MY PERSONAL DATA AND STILL USE THE DALYS.LT PORTAL?

    1. You have the right to object to use of your personal data, the management of which is based on your agreement. But it is not possible to complete your purchase without the mandatory data, because the seller would not be able to fulfil your order.
  4. HOW IS PERSONAL DATA TRANSFERRED?

    1. We may transfer your personal data to third parties in order to provide you with the requested goods and services. Only personal data necessary for proper fulfilment of your orders is transferred.
    2. We transfer your personal data to sellers, from whom you buy the goods. Your personal data is transferred to sellers only to the extent necessary for proper fulfilment of your order.
    3. Your personal data are transferred to service providers, such as delivery companies providing services to a seller or Dalys.lt.

    1. Your personal data is stored for as long is it necessary for carrying out a purchase agreement, but no less than we are obligated according to legal acts governing our activity. Your personal data, managed on the basis of your consent, is managed and stored until the date your consent is withdrawn.

  8. CAN I DEMAND DELETION OF MY PERSONAL DATA?

    1. You have the right to request us to terminate management of your personal data and delete thereof, your personal data will be deleted after receiving your request.
    2. Your personal data will not be deleted from our database if after receiving your request we will identify that:
      1. Your personal data is necessary for reaching the aims for which it was collected and managed;
      2. You have not withdrawn your consent to management of your personal data;
      3. You object to management of your personal data, but such management is necessary for our rightful interests;
      4. We are obligated to manage your personal data according to the provisions of European and national legal acts.

If you limit our ability to manage your personal data, we shall not perform any actions with your personal data, except storing the personal data. You can limit management of your personal data if the event of any of the following circumstances:
      1. Your personal data is inaccurate (actions for management of personal data will be limited until the accuracy of the personal data is verified);
      2. Your personal data is managed illegally, but you object to deletion of your personal data;
      3. Dalys.lt no longer requires your personal data for the aforementioned purposes, but it is necessary for enforcing or defending legal claims.
      4. Your personal data is managed while you object to such management of personal data (management of the data will be limited on such grounds only until it is verified if the reasons for management of your personal data are more important than yours).

  11. HOW CAN I SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR PROTECTION OF MY RIGHTS?

    1. You may submit requests associated with your personal data as follows:

    2. Our system carries out identification according to your email address. Please always indicate your email address associated with the information of which a request is submitted when you submit a request using one of the aforementioned methods. If you fail to indicate the email address or if it does not match the email address of the person submitting the request, we shall not be able to properly identify you, provide the requested information for you or carry out your request.
  12. COOKIES. WHAT ARE THEY?

    1. We collect information about you using cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files temporarily stored on the hard drive of your device and they allow identifying you during consecutive visits to the Portal, saving personal browsing history, options, adapting content, speeding up searches on the Portal, creating a convenient and friendly environment on the Portal, providing it in a more convenient and reliable way.
